Branch offices
A branch office is a physical or organizational unit of your bank. Branch offices can be associated with organizations and organization invitations to scope access and reporting.
Organization invitations
An organization invitation represents a prospective customer that hasn't yet completed onboarding. You create the invitation, optionally update its information, then start the invitation flow which sends the invitation to the contact person and tracks the onboarding state.
Organizations
An organization is an onboarded customer of your bank — typically a legal entity that previously went through the invitation flow. The mutations below manage the relationship between an organization and a branch office.
Not-ajour flows
When an organization is flagged as not-ajour (out of compliance with documentation requirements), a not-ajour flow runs to chase down updated documents. These mutations let you pause and restart that flow — useful when you've agreed with the customer to delay follow-up, or want to resume after a pause.
Bank packages
A bank package (also called a bank report) is the bundle of documents an organization submits to satisfy ajour requirements — accounting, statutes, summary, board members, authorized signatories, business volume, tax residency, legal entity status, and board-member attorneys. Rejecting a bank package marks the organization as not-ajour and starts a new ajour flow to collect updated documents.
Employees
Employees are users of your bank's portal. Use this mutation to provision a new employee account — a temporary password is generated and the employee can sign in with their email.
