Company documents

The company documents node on a bank report (companyDocuments) holds the documents a company sends with its package. It is present only on a bank report for a company (organization.discriminator is "Company"), and null on an association's, whose documents are in summary, statute, accounting and self-declaration.

Shape​

companyDocuments is a single object with one field per document. Each document exposes the signedFile the company signed:

  • selfDeclaration — the company's FATCA/CRS self-declaration, rendered from its tax residencies and signed.
  • accounting — the company's annual report (årsregnskab).
  • registerOfOwners — the company's register of owners (ejerbog).

A document your bank did not require for the company is null.

The self-declaration and the annual report are also served on the bank report's existing selfDeclaration and accounting fields, and isAccountingRequired follows the company's annual report, so queries written for associations reach them unchanged. The register of owners has no association counterpart and is only here.
